Monthly Meetings

All 2026 Annual HOA statements have been mailed along with payment instructions. HOA dues were due by January 31, 2026. Late charges will begin to accrue on payments received after this date.

If you have any questions regarding your dues or would like to set up payment arrangements to avoid court action and additional legal fees, please contact the Board by email at svboardmembers@sunvalleyhoa.org.

The Sun Valley HOA monthly meeting will take place on Thursday, July 9, 2026, via Zoom.

To help us address all questions efficiently and remain on schedule, we kindly ask that you submit your questions prior to the meeting(s). Questions may be submitted by clicking the “Contact” tab on our website and selecting “Submit.”
